Saint Anne’s Feast Day (Sunday 25 July)

Celebrations to mark Saint Anne’s Feast Day, with a costumed procession from All Saints’ Parish Church to Saint Anne’s Church and festivities in the Little Wooden Town. Saint Anne is the patron saint of Wallachia.

Craft Days and Gathering of Blacksmiths (Saturday and Sunday 31 July – 1 August)

The 30th year of the Craft Days, with a demonstration of traditional folk crafts that have yet to disappear completely.

Jánošík’s Ducat (Friday – Sunday 6 – 8 August)

The 22nd International Festival of Slovak Folklore in the Czech Republic, the 20th Butter Churning Championship of the Kingdom of Wallachia.

Old-time Fair (Saturday and Sunday 14 – 15 August)

A wide range of diverse funfair goods and an extensive programme of events and attractions for the whole family.

A range of gifts from traditional workshops, carol singing, processions of Lucias and demons, living history event in the Wallachian Village.
